The League of Women Voters of Alabama Education Fund and the Alabama Appleseed Center for Law & Justice, both nonpartisan, nonprofit organizations, have joined together to encourage active and informed citizen participation in judicial elections. This Voter Guide is intended to help educate voters about the Alabama Supreme Court and the candidates running statewide for election to that court. We encourage you to register to vote by October 27, become informed about all candidates and the offices they seek, and exercise your right to vote on Tuesday, November 7, 2006. Links to candidate web sites are included for the convenience of the visitor.
