Consider joining a Local League or Local MAL Unit if you live in or near one of our Local League communities:
  • Baldwin County,
  • Southeast Alabama (Dale, Henry, and Houston Counties / Dothan and Wiregrass community),
  • Greater Birmingham (Jefferson and Shelby Counties),
  • Greater Tuscaloosa (City and County),
  • East Alabama (Lee & Russell Counties),
  • Mobile (City and County),
  • Montgomery (City and County)
  • Tennessee Valley (Madison, Morgan, Limestone, Marshall, and Jackson Counties / Huntsville and Madison area),
  • Greater Shoals MAL Unit (Lauderdale and Colbert Counties / Florence, Tuscumbia, Muscle Shoals area)

Local membership also includes membership in the state and national Leagues of Women Voters with the benefits of those memberships. Also, local League members meet periodically to address community issues through advocacy and education.

If you do not live in or near one of our Local League communities, we invite you to join the state League directly as a Member-at-Large (MAL) by filling out and submitting the form below. You will then be given instructions on how to pay your dues. MAL membership also includes membership in the national League of Women Voters.
